the room was clean and the location was good.

i was promised proper heating, but the room was cold. the temperature controls were vague, and the staff seemed dismissive of my discomfort. i felt completely ignored. saturday night, music from the lobby was loud and went on almost till 23:00!!!

The room's air conditioning was not user friendly. i could not adjust it to my needs. It seemed to operate intermittently. also, the lighting system had a strange operation. a switch turned everything off, inconvenient.

The hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to transportation.. I could easily explore main attractions. I particularly enjoyed the record player in the room. Selecting vinyls from the reception was a great and unique feature. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was very fresh with a wide choice.

The toiletries offered in the room were quite basic, not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The room had two complimentary water bottles, a nice touch. It also featured a functional heating system, important during cooler months. Soundproofing made the rooms felt very private and quiet.
